GMD Resources has recently acquired an acreage position sufficient to drill and test at least two vertical test wells in the Fentress Fault Field in Caldwell County, Texas. The now 17 leases acquired were classified as a portion of the Priority “A” acreage of the more than 30,000 acre play along the Fentress Fault System. This system is located north of the Luling-Branyon Field which has to date produced more than 180,000,000 barrels of oil from the Upper Edwards Lime and Austin Chalk formations. It is our intent to further develop the previously untested sections of the Edwards Lime by the implementation and utilization of horizontal drilling techniques in conjunction with high output electronic submersible pumps (also known as ESP’s). Over the past several years the production output has grown exponentially in this area and has produced more than 15,000,000 barrels of oil by simply installing the ESP’s after having drilled and completed the wells horizontally. They continue to improve their daily output today through additional enhanced drilling and development technologies in the upper section of the Edwards alone.

With the help of a Certified Texas Professional Geoscientist and his crew, and months of extensive log comparison, core samples, mud log analysis and several other scientific applications, GMD has been able to determine that there are much greater reserves available to us than those that have been originally discovered. These potentially new reserves, we now know have never been produced from and therefore they can be classified as virgin reservoirs. These new reservoirs enable us to provide a unique opportunity to develop and produce from more than 100,000,000+ barrels of possible reserves in place over the next 10-15 years. To be able to take advantage of these newly discovered reserves, it will become necessary to implement an aggressive developmental plan of drilling a minimum of at least two new test wells horizontally within the first 30 days. Once the data from the test wells has been reviewed, it will then become necessary to implement the strategy of drilling and developing additional developmental wells along the existing fault line, while at the same time continuing to lease additional acreage for future development. This will allow GMD to implement a more aggressive drilling plan which will enable GMD to have drilled and placed into production more than 40 new wells within the field in the first year alone. Average new wells in this field typically produce 150-160 barrels of oil per day and historically have produced as much as 250,000 barrels of oil and still continue to produce today on a relatively flat decline curve. This enables us to forecast both reserves and revenues after each new well is brought into production over the life of the well.

By using these aforementioned results in our first year development plan to calculate revenues, we have surmised that by the end of our first year our daily production from 40 wells should be more than 6,000 barrels of oil. This equates to more than 180,000 barrels of produced oil per month. These numbers in today’s market would yield monthly gross revenue in excess $18,000,000 per month at $100 per barrel of oil. Using the average cumulative per well production figure of 125,000 barrels of oil during the first 30 months of production, the first 40 wells could reflect a return on investment of approximately $300,000,000 after only the first 3 years of production.

It is the geoscientist opinion that we can far exceed these numbers by developing the lower Edwards Lime on this acreage and by drilling at each end of the field and continuing to develop toward the center of the more permeable rock with even greater expectations. It is also the geologist opinion that by proving up the productivity of the Lower Edwards that the recoverable reserves in place can be expected to rise above the 500,000,000 barrel figure. It is the intent of GMD to retain the necessary professionals after the initial 2-3 wells have been drilled to ascertain the reserves so that they can be further documented as proven and producible reserves.

This past year has brought tremendous growth and changes to our companies. At the end of last year, our company canceled a signed financing agreement due to the failure to perform by the lenders. In January of this year, our Board of Directors decided to get back to our core business operations. Currently the company and its subsidiary New Unified Corp , is expanding its holding interests in investments in the area of income producing new media and technologies, real estate, oil, gas and alternative energy companies and commodity producing operations. The first quarter of this year, eMax Worldwide and its subsidiary intends to report large revenues and profits from all operating divisions.

Two weeks ago, the new transfer Agent officially was able to have all of our corporate shareholder records uploaded into their transfer systems and now dividend transfers can be completed in full and mailed out to our shareholders. Currently the transfer agent, in tandem with our company, and our SEC counsel is working with FINRA to recognize the corporate name change to eMax Worldwide, Inc, to get all the previous stock dividends out to our shareholders and and to have the DTC chill lifted off of our stock.
2) eMax Worldwide, Inc., opened new offices at Universal Studios Production Group Orlando Florida.
3) eMax Worldwide, Inc. began a stock buy back program,
4) eMax Worldwide, Inc.s founding shareholders exchanged all their common stock for preferred A stock in the company and this event allowed over one billion shares of common stock to be retired to the company treasury.
5) eMax Worldwide is working besides their SEC legal and auditing counsel to finish the preparation and filing of all necessary documents with the SEC , OTCMarkets and FINRA.
